· All of the meetings are done over Zoom

· Depending on the service your business requires, your books will be updated daily, weekly or monthly
· Through Quickbooks, and other secure accounting software, will we have access granted to your accounts online, so you do not have to upload your monthly statements

· We have a private, secure Client Portal for you and your team to submit sensitive documents. It is where we will contact you if we need anything, and where you will contact us if you have a question
· We will have monthly or quarterly Zoom meetings to go over your statements

No, we do not.  However, we will let you know what is due quarterly. Plus, any 1099’s that you need to send out in January

· It depends on your business needs.  A business with just one person, less than $5000 a month in revenue, and one bank account will have different needs than a business with payroll, with numerous accounts, and revenue sources.
· We will discuss your needs during our strategy call meeting
· We will send you a questionnaire before the meeting to help us understand what you need

· Currently, we only use Quickbooks online.
· If you are using another one, we can still help you if it is cloud-based.
